MuchMusic VJ 2.0
Client: Indusblue
Indusblue had me back to write the HTML, CSS and some jQuery for MuchMusic’s 2009 edition of “VJ 2.0”; their reality show talent search for their next VJ personality. The first phase consisted of a series of form fields for applicants to use to register for consideration as a cast member, as well as a tool for visitors to use to rate the applicants. The designs were nothing too complicated to build, but the turnaround was tight. I even ended up building out a cool little jQuery script that allows full visual customization of <select> menus using CSS. Unfortunately, they decided not to use it. Likely it’ll show up at some point in the “Code Techniques” section.
